Powder Coating
Powder coating is a dry finishing process that has become extremely popular since its introduction in North America in the 1960s. We provide complete on site powder coating in a multitude of colors and finishes.
Abrasive Blasting
Abrasive blasting, AKA: “Sand Blasting,” our blasting room and cabinets allow us to finish, clean or prepare metals. Blasting removes surface debris such as rust or other types of residual contaminants and scale. This process is also important in the cleaning and roughening of part surfaces before coating.
Turret Punch Press
Our turret punch press allows us to punch and form certain products in a one step process, step treads, vent forms and extruded designs are easily handled by our press.
Engineering
Our in-house staff of draftsmen and engineers will assist you with CAD design drawings. Our experienced staff will work to program your product design into the proprietary CADMAN software which operates the LVD laser and press break. This cohesive approach results in tight tolerances and precision cutting and forming, providing the customer an exceptional final product.
