Abrasive Blasting
Abrasive blasting, AKA: “Sand Blasting,” our blasting room and cabinets allow us to finish, clean or prepare metals. Blasting removes surface debris such as rust or other types of residual contaminants and scale. This process is also important in the cleaning and roughening of part surfaces before coating.
Break Press Forming
Our break press forming process allows us to create various brackets, enclosures, and panels for use in a variety of fields. Our highly talented staff can create enclosures large and small to your specifications.
Engineering
Our in-house staff of draftsmen and engineers will assist you with CAD design drawings. Our experienced staff will work to program your product design into the proprietary CADMAN software which operates the LVD laser and press break. This cohesive approach results in tight tolerances and precision cutting and forming, providing the customer an exceptional final product.
